Santa's Visit
F2 were very lucky and excited to have a visit from Santa on the 16th December.
He managed to take time out from his busy schedule to visit the children of F2 as they have been very good and have had a wonderful first term in school. They received a fire engine and fire fighters as their present from him and he even brought them each a little chocolate. We sang him the song ‘We Wish You a Merry Christmas’ to say thank you. We hope he visits us all again at Christmas! |

Allotment visit – November
A group of children from our class went to the allotment with our friend Jenny, the gardener. We were interested in finding out about what sort of animals might live at the allotment – we love animals! It is winter now – so how do the animals keep safe and warm? What sort of materials might the animals use to build their homes? These were questions we were keen to explore.
We had a go at building some homes for the hedgehog and the bird then we bought back some of the leaves and sticks and flowers and built the homes again in our outdoor courtyard for our friends to see.
